Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Purchases: our guides are sold through our Shopify store (joewysshop.com). Payment and order details are handled by Shopify under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card details.
WhatsApp and email: if you contact us this way, we keep the conversation only to help you.
Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log your IP address and browser type for security and performance. Our contact page shows an embedded Google Map, which may set Google cookies.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your questions, send the newsletter you asked for, deliver what you bought, and keep the website secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: our web host (Hostinger), our online store (Shopify) and our email provider. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and subscriber details only as long as needed for the purpose above, or until you ask us to delete them.
